• Question: If you were to enter space without the required suit,what would happen?

      @kenny13,
      I would die from one or all of the following reasons:

      – lack of oxygen
      – cold (if I was not exposed to the sunlight)
      – heat (if I was exposed to the sunlight)
      – fear

      Space suits are brilliant and serve several purposes, as Aggelos outlines.

      Did you see the video of that guy Felix Baumgartner doing his big skydive, from higher up than ever before? Even he had to wear a special spacesuit. Here’s a really good picture of it, with a description of what each of the bits did for him:

      im with aggelos.. i think fear would kill me pretty quickly in space without a suit! ugh… the panic would be horrendous
