• Question: do you face much problems in your research? if so, how do you deal with them ?

      problems at research for us are called “challenges” 😉

      We basically see them as opportunities to learn something new and achieve something better. We do get to deal a lot of challenges like that but this is why we have studied so much. To be able to embrace thoase challenges and conquer them.

      So I maybe faced with a new challnge every month for example I will have to find a new lamp to use for my solar simulator because the existing one is not working properly. I will start reading about what lamp technologies are out there and how they work. I will decide which one is the best to use for my solar simulator and I will have to find a seller for the chosen lamp. Buy it from him install it and make sure that it works nicely.
