      @ciaracarroll, yes I do.

      Since the industrial revolution we have been emitting carbon dioxide into our atmosphere with increasing rates! A car for example will emit around 200g of carbon dioxide for every kilometre it travels. Imaging how much carbon dioxide is put into our atmosphere by cars alone!!!!

      The carbon dioxide which accumulates in the atmosphere lets the sunlight through to warm the earth’s surface but then it traps that heat as a blanket. So it is only logical that the huge amounts of carbon emissions from human activities have increased the temperature of our planet. The consequences can be observed as very unstable weather (too cold, too rainy, too hot), ice caps reducing and some animals becoming endangered.
