• Question: Can Hydrogen be used to make electricity?

      Yes! There are devices called “fuel cells” which combine hydrogen with the oxygen in the air and produce electricity and water (2x) H2 + O2 -> (2x) H2O

      It is a great way of producing electricity as it does not produce any pollution, just pure water! There is a lot of research on fuel cells right. Car manufacturers are trying to use them instead of a petrol engine! Cost is one issue at the moment but we hope that they will be more cost competive in the near future.

      Yep! Just like Aggelos says. There are some pretty cool possibilities with this.
